With the announcement of 128 GB Flash Memory Module NAND; Toshiba will become a leader in the production of NAND Flash memory that has a capacity double that of previous products.
TOSHIBA is the first company to successfully combine sixteen 64 Gbit NAND chips and develop them into thin and tiny products with the size of 17 × 22×14 mm.
This is good news for consumer electronics products such as smartphones, digital video cameras and tablet. The speed of this product in the store is also no doubt that is 55 MB / sec read speed and 21 MB / sec for the speed of storing data.
This speed is more than double compared to Samsung’s 20 nm NAND. This product is ideal for products such as Apple iPad, the iPhone and iPod. It planned to be mass produced in the fourth quarter of this year.

Sony PlayStation 3 (PS3) efforts to penetrate the US market dominated by the Nintendo Wii is pretty solid. As you probably knew, Sony PS3 released a game titled God of War III eight months ago. Up until the end of March 2010, Sony, a well-known Japanese company able to book a sales increase of 44 per cent.
The NPD Group Incorporation New York, however states that based on the number of units sold in the U.S., the PS3 is still below the position of Nintendo’s Wii and Microsoft Xbox. PS3 sold 313 900 units. Nintendo Wii sold 557 500 units, down 7.2 percent over the same period last year. The sales of Xbox as much as 338 400 units, up 2.5 percent compared to last year.
Another powerful weapon which performs by Sony to pursuit the competitor is the E3 technology. This is the technology which is the combination of 3D gaming to the control of body movement. This technology will be released in August 2010 and will compete with vitality sensor, technology from Nintendo and natal motion-sensing technology from the Xbox.
